Pizzería Malandra · Palma de Mallorca

Argentine pizza in Palma

Pizzería Malandra makes Argentine pizza in Palma de Mallorca, with two locations: Malandra Santa Catalina, to dine in or take away, and Malandra Balmes, for takeaway and delivery with our own rider.

Our dough is homemade with a 48-hour fermentation, and everything we serve is made fresh that day. We make thick-crust Argentine pizza loaded with mozzarella, Roman pinsa and, at Balmes, Neapolitan pizza too. Plus Argentine empanadas, fernet, spritz, chocotorta and homemade flan with dulce de leche.

At Santa Catalina pizzas are individual, cut into 6 slices; at Balmes they're for sharing, cut into 8.

Our story

Malandra was born from three friends and a craft: one of the partners ran his own pizzeria in Argentina for 15 years. In August 2025 we opened Malandra Balmes, and in August 2026, exactly one year later, Malandra Santa Catalina.

Our goal is simple: to make the best Argentine pizza in Mallorca.
