Our concept

Argentine pizza
with a
neighbourhood soul

Malandra Santa Catalina opened in August 2026, just as the first Malandra, in Balmes, turned one. It's our place with a dining room: tables to stay a while, empanadas fresh from the oven and a bar with spritz, fernet and cocktails.

Here we make two styles: thick-crust Argentine pizza and Roman pinsa. The dough is homemade with a 48-hour fermentation, and everything we serve is made fresh that day. Pizzas are individual: one per person, cut into 6 slices.

The Buenos Aires classic

Generous, with a nice thick crust and all the flavour of classic Argentine pizza. About 30 cm, cut into 6 slices.

Roman pinsa

The Italian option

A lighter, airier dough, crispy outside and soft inside. Its thickness sits between Argentine pizza and a Neapolitan-style pizza.
